A liquid epoxy damp proof membrane dpm is often used as a remedial solution where an existing dpm has failed or was never installed. If the house is older or there is a doubt regarding possible moisture in the concrete subfloor then laminate can be laid on a bituminous reinforced underlay designed for that purpose. Floor is screed finished. It is low odour solvent free and most importantly deals with constant low levels of moisture in concrete floors.
