When first applied and in my opinion best suited to light complexions i m not particularly tanned at the moment and find it to be a little stark.

Shy beam blends very well into skin with an undetectable texture. I am not a huge fan of liquid highlighter but i have been enjoying mixing benefit cosmetics dandelion shy beam liquid highlighter into my foundation for a super subtle and shimmery glow under my makeup.
