I am so glad that i read a ton of reviews on the danner boots before buying regarding sizing. People are saying all sorts of things size down size up half size full size d width ee width etc. Those are so narrow i could barely get my foot in them. These are less narrow than the light brown acadia boots for women that danner makes.

I kicked the crap out of these boots for well over 400 miles in caves through briars and on gnarly rock outcroppings. This is the most comfortable boot i ve tested and it keeps getting more comfortable the longer i use it. For heavy duty comfort the danner mountain light ii is like stepping into a tank lined with velvet. I am so glad that i read a ton of reviews on the danner boots before buying regarding sizing.

In my opinion everyone should buy at least one really great pair of shoes in their lifetime and these danners should certainly be at the top of the list.
