I randomly decided to play this today i unwittingly bought a 30th anniversary copy before i started paying attention to such things. Side 2 is dead quiet. This is much more than an ordinary cd it s actually a super audio cd sacd that feat ures two disc layers. The lp is housed in a gatefold sleeve printed on a black matte cardboard which also includes two stickers and two original posters with art by hipgnosis. The dark side of the moon was also re released in 2003 on 180 gram virgin vinyl mastered by kevin gray at acoustech mastering and included slightly different versions of the original posters and stickers that came with the original vinyl release along with a new 30th anniversary poster.
